Bio

I love astronomy and am lucky enough to be able to work in the field. I analyze images from the Hubble Space Telescope on a daily basis. I am an avid reader, and over the years, have branched out into the realm of fanfiction, writing mostly Lord of the Rings fanfic. I love science fiction and fantasy movies and shows like Stargate (SG-1 and Atlantis), Star Trek (all versions), Highlander, Quantum Leap, Star Wars (original trilogy best), Harry Potter, LOTR (as I've said before), Pirates of the Caribbean, and many others, too numerous to name.

I've done a lot of traveling, and love to visit new places. As I was growing up with a parent in the military, I lived in Texas, Arizona, Okinawa (Japan, for 5 years), Virginia and Missouri. I've also lived in Kansas and Maryland. I have traveled in Europe several times, London, Paris, Rome, Venice, Nice, Monoco, Florence, and Pisa.
